The Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) assessed the effectiveness of the DuctFIT® system in neutralizing the virus responsible for COVID-19 through tests conducted in a high-level biosafety laboratory (BSL-3). The findings show a rapid and significant reduction in viral infectivity, with an 88% decrease after just 5 minutes, reaching up to 99.97% in 15 minutes of exposure.

These results support earlier microbiological studies carried out in hospital settings, including research from the Virgen de las Nieves University Hospital in Granada. In addition, independent testing certified by Spain’s National Accreditation Body (ENAC) confirms that the technology is safe for use, as it does not produce harmful substances and complies with current health and safety regulations for both people and animals.

The Spanish company’s system is based on the generation of hydrogen peroxide molecules. In addition to eliminating viruses, it purifies the air and allows for the constant elimination of bacteria, mites, pollen, mold, and carcinogenic chemical compounds.
