ZWILLING

This high-end kitchen knife manufacturer was deeply concerned about air quality as toxic odors became increasingly noticeable. Despite the company’s high energy consumption and costs, its outdated air conditioning system failed to prevent outdoor air pollution from entering the facilities.

There was an urgent need to control and reduce PM2.5/PM10 particles along with TVOCs (Total Volatile Organic Compounds), while simultaneously managing oxygen and CO₂ levels. Zwilling required a modern, intelligent air supply and filtration system that was environmentally friendly and low-maintenance – one that would guarantee high indoor air quality while delivering energy savings.
CleanAir Spaces implemented a new fresh air system featuring HEPA and activated carbon filtration to achieve indoor air quality meeting World Health Organization (WHO) standards while reducing energy consumption by 85%. After data collection, predictive intelligence using CAS’s proprietary algorithmic technology was applied to optimize indoor air measurement. An intelligent control system displays indoor/outdoor air quality through multiple interfaces, with most employees downloading the CleanAir Spaces app for real-time air quality monitoring in their workspaces.
