Cummins

Committed to environmental sustainability and decarbonization, they have been creating energy solutions for over 100 years. Their respect for the environment extends to their concern for indoor spaces. For this reason, to proactively ensure safe and superior air quality for their employees, the Beijing office relocated to a new space.

Although the new office was built with high-quality materials, these still released gases and substances such as formaldehyde and benzene. Naturally, these TVOCs (Total Volatile Organic Compounds) needed to be kept within safe limits to prevent harm to occupants.
We conducted multiple assessment tests before selecting the most suitable solution, and collaborated with the construction team to design a project that would eliminate all toxic substances while installing equipment during the building phase. Some units were kept operational after the move for added safety. Our pre-configured devices effectively removed viruses and bacteria from both air and surfaces. Furthermore, the company noted increased employee productivity and satisfaction, as staff appreciated being able to monitor their indoor air quality levels through the dedicated mobile application.
