Lilly

Eli Lilly relocated to a new headquarters in Shanghai. The pharmaceutical company wanted to ensure its new facilities were free from harmful TVOCs (Total Volatile Organic Compounds), specifically targeting formaldehyde – a common byproduct of interior renovations or space outfitting.

The office space spanned four floors and 8,000 square meters, accommodating over 800 employees. Given these dimensions, the harmful chemical remediation project required both cost-effective and efficient implementation.
Following a comprehensive air quality assessment, CleanAir Spaces successfully enhanced indoor air quality (IAQ) to meet required occupancy standards. After identifying and analyzing VOC levels, CleanAir Spaces deployed high-volume rental equipment to eliminate chemicals and odors, achieving a 63% VOC reduction within two weeks. An additional week of operation yielded a 97% reduction.
